Lace Soft Cup Bra- Dolce & Gabbana, Holographic Laptop Case- Marc by Marc Jacobs, Cotton-blend Crepe Coat- Protagonist, Neon Mesh & Leather Sneakers- Jimmy Choo, Blue Cat-eye Sunglasses - Khaleda Rajan + Fahad Almarzouq, Crisp Packet 18t White Gold Clutch- Anya Hindmarch,  Crochet-Knit Cotton Polo Shirt- Miu Miu

So the 'Crisp & Clean' trend, as I've named it is massively inspired by the minimalism, pristine shapes and clean cuts and shades seen on the designer catwalks for Spring/Summer 2015. I never used to be into this kind of very simplistic and minimalistic way of styling and dressing myself, but currently I couldn't be more inspired by the sassy streets of Paris and the simplicity of the classic Scandinavian style. Believe it or not, I have been meaning to post this trend since the beginning of January as I felt it was very appropriate- New year, fresh start and all that crap. Two months in, 2015 hasn't been massively different or 'fresh' for me from 2014, but I am still insanely inspired by this crisp and clean style, which I won't lie, does make me feel more sophisticated and fashion forward.

Obviously the trend based upon whites, boyish shapes and sporty elements, can be interpreted however one wanted to, so this is my interpretation. I guess it could also be inspired by a 'model off duty' kind  of look, extracting the very casual elements like the sneakers, the oversized shirts and underwear worn as outerwear. As usual, I know that most of us can't afford the designer price tags so I've created a compilation of pieces from the high-street that come under this 'Crisp & Clean' trend.

I feel like this is the absolutely perfect trend for the upcoming spring season, its just very nonchalant and relaxed but still classy. The other great attribute of 'Crisp & Clean' is that if one wanted to really add that element of luxury, the designer/ more expensive pieces can always be mixed and matched with the more affordable pieces from the high-street, but I think that bodes well for all great street style gurus and great dressers all year round, irrespective of the season or trend. The ability to pick and choose is a great trait to have within the fashion spectrum, and is something I have learnt over time.

Comment below and let me know what you think of this trend and style of post.
Much Love,
