New Season Series: HOMEWARE

It's time to kiss summers disappointing ass goodbye, I wouldn't even call it 'summer', I'd say the few warm days we had in a midst of weeks of wind and rain. My favourite season is fast approaching and because I'm just so excited about every single aspect of Autumn/Fall I've decided to do a little series, featuring fashion, homeware and beauty. The new season is the start of new collections, new lines and new products just about everywhere so I figured I'd completely embrace this fact and pour out all my knowledge, new discoveries and passion for anything related to this beautiful season.

At the moment I think it's fair to say that I have a severe addiction to candles, faux fur, dark florals and anything that will look pretty in my bedroom. I guess this collage is almost a Love List because the color scheme is in keeping with my bedroom, as are the florals and the golds. The high street's selection of homeware at the moment is simply incredible and I'm finding it so difficult not to buy everything because in all reality I can't actually fit many more candles, vases or elephant ornaments in my little room but if ever there was a time to re-decorate one's home, it would be now.

A couple of weeks ago I discovered Paperchase's 'Mystic Rose' collection and, I think it's pretty obvious that I'm a huge fan of theirs but this collection is my favourite ever. Check it out here. I've already purchased a few bits including the blackboard, the sticky notes and some pens. I used to be a very 'gold' person but I'm slowly being converted to rose gold because it's just so dainty and subtle. I'm also considering doing a post featuring my bedroom decor because I've got lots of new and pretty things, but maybe I'll give it a few weeks 'till autumn really kicks in...

Be sure to let me know what you think of the first part of my new series, and look forward to the beauty and fashion edits which are yet to come. Enjoy the start of this magical season lovelies!
